1. Shipping Methods: We currently offer two shipping methods, with order tracking services.

Premium Shipping $25 02~05 Business Days

※ Delivery time is estimated from the time your order is shipped, but the actual timing may vary based on the shipping carrier.

2. Delivery Address: We are unable to deliver packages to PO Boxes. Please ensure that you provide a physical address for delivery. Additionally, It is essential to double-check all delivery information for accuracy, as any typos or errors could lead to delays in receiving your package.

3. Address Updates: If your order has not yet shipped, we can update your address within the same delivery country. However, please note that we cannot change the delivery country once the order is placed.

4. Order Processing: For items in stock, we generally ship orders within 1-4 business days. (Please note that business days refer to Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays in Taiwan.)

5. Shipping Confirmation: When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number. For the most up-to-date information on your delivery status, please refer to the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Delivery Times: Delivery date/time is at our best approximation and might be affected by some circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, customs processes, and so on. In such instances, we will make every effort to inform our customers of any delays through email.

7. Shipping Carriers: We use a variety of shipping carriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.

8. Import Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt. These charges are determined by the Customs Authority of the destination country and are beyond our control. The amount of duties and taxes applied depends on the order value and destination country. You are responsible for paying all import duties and taxes. Therefore, these costs will be charged in advance during checkout.
