Shipping & Handling

All of our products are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse to ensure they arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States.

 

Please see our shipping and handling terms below:

1. Shipping Fees: Shipping is free for orders over $139, and a flat rate of $20 applies to orders below $139.

2. Delivery Address: We are unable to deliver packages to PO Boxes. Please ensure that you provide a physical address for delivery. Additionally, it is essential to double-check all delivery information for accuracy, as any typos or errors could lead to delays in receiving your package.

3. Address Updates: Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be modified. Kindly double-check your address details before completing your purchase.

4. Order Processing: For items in stock, we generally ship orders within 1-2 business days. (Please note that business days refer to Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.)

5. Shipping Confirmation: When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number. For the most up-to-date information on your delivery status, please refer to the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Delivery Times: Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 7 business days after shipment. However, actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier. Please note that delivery dates are our best estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify customers of any delays via email.

7. Shipping Carriers: We use a variety of shipping carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible. Please note that some carriers may deliver packages without requiring a signature and may leave them at your front door or mailbox if no one is available to receive them. We recommend tracking your order closely to ensure safe receipt.

8. Taxes & Import Duties: U.S. domestic orders are subject to applicable sales tax. International orders may incur duties and taxes. These will be automatically charged in advance at checkout. The amount payable depends on the regulations of your destination and is typically calculated based on the total order value and the type of products purchased.
