Returns & Exchanges

We mean to provide a "Bussola Experience" - fun and quality online shopping experiences. However, we also realize that from time to time there may be a gap between your expectation and what you receive. The color of the actual products may differ from your computer screen or other devices. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to and understand the contents.

In accordance with our Distance Selling Regulations, you must contact us in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods to request a return or refund. Please read our terms below:

1. Merchandise bought in retail stores cannot be returned/exchanged to the BussolaStyle.com online store.

2. We only offer returns and items are not exchangeable. All returns must be pre-authorized and contact us to obtain a Return Authorization, follow our instruction of the return process.

3. If you want another size, color or style, we will invite you to place a new order.

4. Starting from December 16, 2021, we are sorry but we will charge a restocking and handling fee/per pair for the return process because of surging shipping costs. We will refund the payment to you after deducting the restocking and handling fee. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact us.

5. Import duties and taxes are not refundable. We do not accept tax refunds for purchases.

6. Any original shipping fees incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

7. Merchandise must be shipped within 7 business days after you obtain a return authorization from us. We reserve the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 7-business-day period as when received.

8. Merchandise must be returned in a new and unused state, in the original box and shipping carton, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Do not put any tape on the shoe box and/or damage the shoe box.

9. Altered or worn merchandise cannot be returned. Products showing any type of wear will not be credited.

10. All returns will be subject to the above requirements. If the products do not meet the requirements, refund percentage will be determined at our discretion.

11. Customer will be responsible for the safe return of merchandise. If customers do not follow our return method, we will not be responsible for any lost return parcels.

12. Final Sale/Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

13. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. (Please allow 7 business days for refunds to be processed. Depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days for your account to be credited.)

14. If you purchase from a retail store, due to different distribution systems and agreements, we cannot interfere and provide customer service for other retailers/sale channels. Please contact the original store that you purchased from for further assistance.

15. During the Buy One Get One (B1G1) Free promotion, customers buy one promotional item (paid item) and receive a selected item for free (free item).

If you would like to return for a full refund: Both promotional items must be returned in the original packages together to receive a refund of the full purchased value.

If customers wish to return one of the items:

If you want to return only the paid B1G1 item and keep the free item: Customer must pay the full retail price of the free item, and so we will refund the remaining money for the paid item.

If you want to return only the free B1G1 item: The B1G1 item that was charged $0.00 (free item) cannot be returned, refunded and/or exchanged.

16. During the Buy One Get One (B0G0) for X% off promotion, customers buy one promotional item (paid item) and receive a selected item for X% off.

If you would like to return for a full refund: Both promotional items must be returned in the original packages together to receive a refund of the full purchased value.

If customers wish to return one of the items:

If you want to return only one pair: Customer must pay the full retail price of the item that you want to keep, and so we will refund the remaining money for the paid item.
